Kroneek have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to get it returned. However, return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
Will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind. If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Kroneekaccess@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on products markdown 60% or more of their original price; exception to this return policy will be outlined in other section or clearly expressed to our customers attention.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Lifetime Warranty on Glasses (Official lost/Broken Warranty)
We, at Kroneek, are constantly obsessed about customer services. To increase our standard and the quality of services as well as for a better customer service, our customers are able to get replaced any pair of glasses (shades) lose or break purchase here at Kroneek within 90 days. By contacting us, will verify the purchase and get it replaced as long as you made the purchase here and you're are the one making that request.
Note that the Shipping & Handling are $9.99 as the only fees the customer has to take care of.
Note that this warranty is a kind of customer service to go beyond in helping our customer to have a better experience as well as to rest assured when making a purchase here at Kroneek. However, we can decide without any prior notice to remove that privilege and to cease the Lifetime Warranty. If not being removed, any customer can get the same pair of glasses or shades being replaced no more than two times.
To request a replacement, just email us your name from the order and the style/color of the pair you would like to replace.
For our legal protection, qualification for this coverage is at our sole discretation, we may require pictures of and/or the actual sunglasses to review and approve a new pair. We reserve the right to deny any request for warranty coverage or to recommend a different course of action as necessary.
