FAQs about Shipping at Kroneek
At Kroneek, our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options, no matter where you are. Our mission every day is to deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, and make sure that you deserve the most quality levels of responsiveness at any time.
However, at the present time, we only ship to the USA and we will progressively add other countries in the North America (Canada), Central America (Belize, Costa-Rica, etc.), Caribbean (Haiti, Dominican Republic, etc.) South America (Brezil, Argentina, Chila, etc.) Europe, etc.. We take this proactive and strategic decision to be more effective and efficient at shipping to our customers. Below are some of the questions you might have about our order processing, shipping time and cost, delay and other important points about your orders:
How long does it take to process my order?
We do everything possible to ship an order as quickly as possible; however, an order is being processed within 48 hours or 1-2 days during business days: from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM. But, to better serve our customers we work on holidays and weekends: from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Our shipping time. Depending on the shipping types, after the processing time, a customer normally receives the order within 1 or 2 weeks or just a few days, but as a small team, we do our best to get the package delivered to our customers in a way less days than that. However, a certain category of products could take 3 or 4 weeks depending on the types of shipping available for that specific category of products to arrive at their destination. Yet, our ideal is to provide top quality products in a very short or reasonable time to our customers. Therefore, the customer will always be notified about the shipping time and process through the tracking number he/she receives.
How much does my order cost to be shipped to my destination?
Our shipping cost. Currently, we practice a very affordable shipping rate of $4.90 dollars for every single order; whether it's express or standard shipping. We own our customers the same diligence, independant of the type of shipping. Conquently, even if the customer chooses express or standard shipping the package will take the same period of time of 1 or 2 weeks or just a few days. However, it may choose express shipping, but if the product is in the category of standard shipping, then the customer will be notified. Consequently, we practice an affordable and flat shipping rate for both types of shippings. Our main concern is to get the product to our customers with diligence and care.
